Cancelling
All Manu plans are prepaid monthly subscriptions. You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us — your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing further is charged.
When you get a refund
Write to ai@manuai.in within 7 days if: you paid and your plan did not activate; you were charged twice for the same period; or the service materially failed during your paid month. We will set it right with a full or proportionate refund, or an account credit if you prefer.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the same payment method you paid with (for UPI, the same UPI account), within 5–7 working days of approval.
What isn’t refundable
Used portions of a month where the service worked as described, and accounts closed for breaking the terms (we will always say why).
